Karton Kulture currently delivers exclusively to selected South Australian postcodes.

Delivery availability is determined by your postcode and will be confirmed during checkout. If your postcode is outside our delivery zone, you will not be able to complete your order.

We regularly review our delivery coverage and may expand to additional areas in the future.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout where applicable. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather events, traffic conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected, Karton Kulture is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

If an order is returned or requires redelivery due to incorrect information being provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the damaged items
• Photos of the packaging and delivery label

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
