At Karton Kulture, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on food, beverages, confectionery, snacks, or consumable products once they have been dispatched.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Once assessed, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
The resolution offered will depend on the circumstances and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
